About
Throughout my life I’ve faced a wide range of chronic health challenges — multiple sclerosis, endometriosis, fibromyalgia, IBS, chronic fatigue, migraines, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. For years, these conditions left me feeling powerless in my own body. At one point, I spent the better part of a year lying on the floor, extremely sensitive to light and sound, constantly weak, and passing out often. Life felt painfully limited, and I wasn’t sure I would ever be able to live fully again.
What changed my path was learning how the brain and nervous system can get stuck in protective patterns that amplify pain and symptoms — and how those patterns can be rewired. Through patience, practice, and neuroplasticity-based approaches, I’ve been able to create new pathways that allow me to live a life I actually enjoy: one full of connection, climbing, hiking, and meaningful work.
Now, as a licensed therapist, I specialize in helping others make those same kinds of changes. Healing, for me, has meant creating new pathways that make daily life more open and possible. That same process is available to anyone — and it’s the work I now support my clients in.
